Unforgettable Proposals, Engagements, & Everyday Couples’ Adventures

A smiling woman and a man in outdoor clothing, standing close together in a forested mountain area, both wearing wide-brimmed hats, with mountain peaks and pine trees in the background.

Aspen, Colorado

Nick couldn’t wait to propose to the love of his life, Katie, but was coming from out of state and needed help with the surprise. Hearing that the top of Aspen Mountain held a special meaning for their relationship, I found a picture-perfect spot overlooking the surrounding ski hills and peaks. On a warm summer morning they headed up the gondola and over to the spot where I was inconspicuously staged. When the moment came, not a moment was missed!

Dee and Adam first met as part of a mutual friend group and their connection was instant. After an epic proposal in Greece, they decided engagement photos would best be taken in their hometown of Aspen, Colorado. Matching their love of nature and playful, down-to earth personalities, I suggested a remote area nestled outside of town during sunrise. As sunbeams broke over the peaks and cast everything in a warm glow, they laughed and danced and celebrated the start of their greatest adventure!

Moab, Utah

On a trip to visit some National Parks in Utah, Hannah and Mark “got lost” together on a desert trail in Moab. Hannah had no idea that Mark was secretly planning to ask the most important question of his life. Completely alone (aside from their besties) he got down on one knee as they posed for a basic couple shot on top of this ledge. Before the words were out, she confirmed that he was also her forever!

Jenn was a fantastic photographer. She captured my engagement with great energy and direction. She even helped to scope out the spot. Top to bottom, I can't recommend Jenn enough!
